ABOUT PRIME VC
Prime Volleyball Club is located in Orange County, CA and trains in Rancho Santa Margarita with a satellite location in Rancho Mission Viejo. Prime hosts club teams, camps, clinics, and youth development programs for girls and boys of all ages and experience levels from first-time players to college-bound student-athletes.
MISSION STATEMENT
Prime provides athletes with high-level technical skills training and tactical instruction in a positive learning environment that fosters personal growth and development and a passion for the game of volleyball.
PRIME VC CORE VALUES
Prime VC trains athletes using the same methods and techniques as our USA Olympians. In just fourteen seasons, Prime has had 49 athletes go on to compete for universities in 18 different states, in 12 different NCAA Division I conferences including the Pac-12 and Big Ten, 4 D2 Conferences, 9 D3 Conferences, 2 NAIA Conferences and at multiple Community Colleges. Multiple Prime Alums have won NCAA National Championships and a few have even been honored as NCAA All-Americans. We're immensely proud of our Prime Fam!
Our Prime VC Coaching Staff has over 300 years of collective coaching experience! Prime is lucky to have one of the most highly qualified and experienced club volleyball coaching staffs in the Nation! Our staff is unparalleled in their experience, knowledge, and ability to help young athletes learn and develop into highly skilled volleyball players.
Our Prime VC staff includes our Club Director Jess Papell, a current USA Volleyball NTDP lead coach, 10 coaches with collegiate coaching experience, 6 coaches with professional playing or coaching experience, 14 coaches who are current or past Varsity High School Coaches, and 28 coaches with collegiate playing experience!
