JOE LE
Joe returns for his fifth season at Prime and enters his 18th season of coaching. He brings nearly two decades of experience at the club and collegiate levels and has developed a proven record of building competitive teams and helping athletes grow on and off the court.
Most recently, Joe led Prime’s 14 adidas Orange team to a Bronze Medal at the 2025 Northern Lights National Qualifier. In 2022, his first season at Prime, he guided 14 adidas to a Silver Medal at the Far Western National Qualifier.
Joe has coached Prime teams across several age groups, including 14 adidas, 16 adidas and 17 adidas, and has led multiple teams to USAV Junior National Championship bids.
