The Prime Volleyball League is our popular youth league for girls and boys in 1st-8th grades who are either brand new to volleyball or athletes who have only done a session or two of rec level volleyball programs or camps (PVL, Primaries, or Prime Summer Camps or a comparable program with another club or league). Young athletes build strong fundamental skills, learn the basic strategies of volleyball, develop confidence, have fun with teammates and coaches, and foster a lifelong love of the game!
FALL SEASON DETAILS
This fall season we'll be offering two practice locations for PVL! Both Prime VC in RSM and The Pavilion at RMV
Prime Volleyball Club

The Pavilion at RMV
2 Tierno, Ladera Ranch, CA 92694
Evaluations: Wednesday, August 26th at Prime VC in RSM between 4:00-6:00pm
Practices: One-hour practices once a week on Tuesdays at 4 or 5 in RMV or Wednesdays at 4 or 5pm in RSM
Game days: Fridays at 4, 5, or 6pm at Prime in RSM
Cost: $475 if you register by August 17th, $500 beginning August 18th. $40 Sibling discount!
Each player will receive a jersey, a Prime t-shirt, and a volleyball!
Families will have the opportunity to request both the location and practice days and times that work best for their family along with two friend requests!
REGISTRATION WILL REMAIN OPEN THROUGH SEPTEMBER 1ST, THE FIRST PRACTICE DATE!
WHAT IS PVL?
PVL is a 10-week session including 1 week of evaluations, 9 weekly practices, games each Friday that start after the second weekly practice, and finishes with our PVL End of Season Tournament.
The Prime Volleyball League is for girls and boys in 1st-8th grades who are either brand new to volleyball or athletes who have only done a session or two of rec level volleyball programs or camps (PVL or Prime Summer Camps or a comparable program with another club or league). Fundamental volleyball skills will be taught and trained and athletes will learn the correct mechanics for each skill along with volleyball specific footwork and movements.
The Prime Volleyball League is run by Prime’s Youth Development Director Lynn Blevins who designs and leads all of the training along with professional Lead Coaches. Individual teams are coached by high school club and varsity level athletes under the guidance of our Lead Coaches. Our high school players are awesome role models and coaches for our young PVL athletes and they make the league so much fun!
We have hosted over 20 seasons of the Prime Volleyball League and it’s been a blast to see the league grow each season! It’s been so rewarding to watch our young athletes develop their love of volleyball and go on to play at the high school level, on competitive club teams, and even at the college level! We feel truly honored to have the opportunity to introduce the sport we love to so many wonderful young athletes!
