MICHELLE FELICIANO
Michelle is a Prime alum, the club’s Director of Operations and the only member of the Prime family to medal at a USAV National Qualifier as both a player and coach. In 2025, Michelle and Rich Parris led Prime’s 17 adidas team to a Gold Medal and AAU Junior National Championship, with two athletes earning All-American honors and one named Tournament MVP.
Michelle currently serves as the Head Varsity Indoor and Beach Volleyball Coach at Sage Hill School. In 2025, she helped lead Santa Margarita Catholic High School to a CIF Southern Section Championship as the program’s Associate Head Coach. She has also served as an assistant coach for the Concordia University Irvine women’s volleyball program.
A former Prime athlete and collegiate setter, Michelle competed for four seasons at the University of Denver before playing her final season at Concordia University Irvine. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology before completing her master’s degree in Coaching at Concordia.
"I love coaching because I enjoy seeing the positive effects that this sport has on young athletes. Seeing the joy it brings them is so rewarding and I continue to coach to ensure that these young female athletes have as great of an experience as possible while still being challenged."
